Same visit, same report, same price as the landlord check-in, because the work is identical. We invite your landlord to countersign at no cost to either of you.

- You pay when you book
- By card, in full, at checkout. No invoices, no chasing.
- Reschedule free with 48 hours notice
- Move-in dates slip. Change the date or time as often as you need, up to 48 hours before the visit.
- Bookings are not refundable
- A booking reserves a paid inspector for a slot. Cancel inside 48 hours, or leave us without access on the day, and that slot is lost. We would rather say so here than at checkout.
